Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy sessions online, providing you with a convenient and confidential space to explore your goals. Sessions are available in 30 or 50-minute formats, and we'll typically begin by meeting once a week. However, we can discuss adjusting the frequency as needed, whether that means increasing sessions for a focused period or reducing them as you progress.
